Our Multi Academy Company Christ the King Catholic Collegiate is seeking to employ an enthusiastic Catering Assistant with good all-round skills and a flexible approach to join our CaterKing team.

You will be at the heart of our in-house catering operation and we are looking for individuals who share our values, Love, Faith and Service to Others and will contribute to our on-going success and our CaterKing food philosophy.

Key tasks of the role will include: general kitchen duties, food preparation and service, the operation of a cashless till system, assist with deliveries and supply vehicles, perform other general tasks to support effective food service delivery as reasonably requested and basic cleaning duties.

Previous experience in an educational environment is preferred but not a requirement however, the ability to communicate effectively with staff and pupils is essential. Knowledge of health and safety in the kitchen would be helpful however full training will be provided.

 

The successful applicant will be based in a primary school setting and would be expected to work at any one of the other catering sites operated by Christ the King Catholic Collegiate.
