The School as Christian Community
St John Fisher is a worshipping community founded on the example of Jesus Christ and the teachings of the Catholic Church. Our foremost mission is to enable our young people to grow in faith and develop into active and reflective Christians who will live out their beliefs and values in the world. We aim as a school community to live out the gospel values of justice, tolerance and reconciliation.
Church’s year is celebrated with a range of liturgies including Mass, Penitential Services, Stations of the Cross and other non-Eucharistic worship. Regular prayer groups and para-liturgical activities take place in the Chapel. We have a regular session of Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament.
