The children, staff and governors are seeking to recruit an innovative and proactive Care Club Manager for our busy and successful school care club.
The majority of your time will be spent working with our highly-motivated and well-behaved children to ensure that they receive excellent quality before and after school care. The role will also involve the line management of a small team of care club staff, as well as administrative procedures such as organising trips, feature days and inputting rotas in to ParentPay. You will also work with our Primary Academy Manager to ensure that parental fees are paid and that our care club remains profitable. The role will involve a split shift working pattern across the morning and afternoon care provisions.

We are looking for someone who:
Is an outstanding practitioner who will model and exemplify best practice.
Has experience of line managing staff including performance management, target-setting and conflict resolution.
Has experience of change management and leading teams to improve outcomes.
Is able to lead on staff development, training and CPD for care club staff.
Has a good understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
Has have a positive and proactive outlook.
Is IT literate and comfortable using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
Has experience of leading on planning and delivering high-quality wraparound/play provision.
Has a willingness to undertake CPD, always looking to improve.
Is proactive and always looking for new ways of increasing revenue through engagement of new parents and pupils.
Holds a full clean driving licence, with the willingness to complete mini-bus driver training.
