Academy Admin/Finance Officer

The children, staff and governors are seeking to recruit an Admin/Finance Officer for our busy school office.  St Wulstan’s is a kind and caring learning environment where staff and children are proud to be part of the St Wulstan’s school community. St Wulstan’s offers a rich curriculum, a wide variety of after school clubs and an excellent Care Club.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is sympathetic to the values of a Catholic school
  • Is proactive with strong organisational skills
  • Is solution-focussed and is comfortable in a customer-facing environment
  • Has a positive outlook
  • Is comfortable working on their own initiative as well as working as part of a team
  • Has excellent attention to detail
  • Is competent in using Microsoft packages such as Excel and Word

A working knowledge of SIMS and ParentPay is desirable, however training will be available for the right candidate. Experience of social media marketing is also desirable but not essential.
