Christ the King Catholic Collegiate is a multi-academy company comprising St John Fisher Catholic College and St Mary’s, St Wulstan’s, St Teresa’s and St Thomas Aquinas Catholic Primary Schools.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to play a significant role as a member of the MAC team to help develop a strategic and progressive approach to managing the financial activities and ensure continued and ongoing financial health within our 5 schools.
The Directors are looking to appoint a Finance Manager, who is forward thinking, resourceful and pro-active to join the Central MAC team of professionals working alongside the Academy Business Manager, MAC Operations Manager and HR Manager. The individual must be capable of developing the new role that has been identified with responsibility for the provision of a comprehensive finance support, advice and assurances with the overall aim to deliver the most successful, efficient and financially viable services.
It is envisaged that this role will be a part secondment to work 2 days per week in one of the Primary Schools and 3 days in the Central MAC Office. They will also need to provide oversight of staffing, HR and legal affairs, ensuring all financial activities are carried out in compliance with statutory, regulatory and contractual requirements.
